Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer Schedule:

Practice:
Each team member will receive a set amount of weekday and weekend practices per week. Practices will include offensive and defensive fundamental skills, footwork, team play and competitive games. Some practices will include team film session analysis and/or strength and conditioning throughout the season. Practice schedule, days and times are subject to change.
 
Strength and Conditioning Training conducted by a Certified Trainer:
(2) Strength and Conditioning training sessions per month. Sessions will be held prior to the team practices on early mornings of Saturdays & Sundays. 
Players will experience various stations specializing in conditioning, flexibility, speed and strength to improve game performance and overall athleticism. 

During the course of the season, we reserve the right to have only one or no practices during a particular week due to holidays/games (e.g., Winter Break, Spring Break, Summer Break, Tournaments, Shoot-Outs).

Teams:
Coaches will place each player on teams based on his or her skill level. Teams will be formed in an A, B, or C level format. 

Team Games:
Teams will participate in the American Roundball Corporation League (ARC) on Sundays. Also, teams will play in select leagues, shoot-outs and tournaments, furthering their basketball experience while playing against high level competition.

Uniforms and Gear:
All players must have the following official uniform/gear for the current season:
(1) Team Reversible Game Uniform
(1) Dri-Fit Team T-Shirt
(1) Team Backpack

Please note that uniforms and games are NOT included in the monthly club fees.
